Starbucks is shaking things up at its cafes across the United States and Canada by rolling out a mix of fresh and familiar policies aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Starting this Monday, patrons who opt for a “for here” beverage will be treated to complimentary refills of hot or iced coffee, as well as hot or iced tea, while they enjoy their time in the café. To add a cozy touch, these drinks will be served in a charming coffee mug, a stylish glass, or even a clean personal cup that customers bring from home, making each visit feel a bit more special.

However, not all drinks are included in this delightful refill offer. According to the company’s website, beverages like Cold Brew, Nitro Cold Brew, Iced Tea Lemonade, flavored Iced Tea, and Starbucks Refreshers are left out of the free refill fun. Additionally, this offer is strictly for those enjoying their drinks on-site, as to-go orders won’t qualify for the refill perk. So, if you’re planning to sip and savor, make sure to settle in for a while!

In a bid to revive the warm, community-oriented vibe that Starbucks was once known for, the coffee giant is also reintroducing the beloved condiment bar, stocked with an array of creamers, milk options, and sweeteners to customize your drink just the way you like it. Alongside these changes, a new “Coffeehouse Code of Conduct” has been put in place, which aims to maintain a welcoming atmosphere by prohibiting panhandling, the consumption of outside alcohol, and drug use, including vaping. With these updates, Starbucks is on a mission to create a more inviting and enjoyable space for everyone who walks through its doors.
