Igloo has urgently recalled over a million coolers

Igloo has urgently recalled over a million coolers following multiple reports of serious fingertip injuries, including amputations. The recall affects 1.06 million 90 Qt. Flip & Tow Rolling Coolers, which were sold for $80 to $140 and manufactured before January 2024, due to significant risks of fingertip amputation and crushing hazards.

Consumers must stop using these coolers immediately and reach out to Igloo for a complimentary replacement handle. This action comes after the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission documented 12 incidents of fingertip injuries, which include amputations, bone fractures, and lacerations.
